Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Angkor Transport Services, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. We are committed to providing flexible and fair cancellation terms while ensuring the availability of our vehicles and drivers for all guests.
Free Cancellation
- Cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time and receive a 100% refund of any prepaid amount (excluding bank or payment processing fees, if applicable).
Cancellation Within 48 Hours
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the agreed pickup location and cannot be contacted within a reasonable waiting period, your booking will be considered a No-Show. In this case, the booking is non-refundable, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Changes to Your Booking
We are happy to assist with changes to your reservation whenever possible.
Changes such as:
- Travel date
- Pickup time
- Hotel or pickup location
- Destination
- Tour itinerary
can usually be made free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled service and are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Flight Delays
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrival information whenever possible.
If your flight is delayed:
- We will adjust your pickup time whenever possible at no additional charge.
- Please notify us as soon as you become aware of any significant delay or flight change.
Weather & Force Majeure
Your safety is our highest priority.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to:
- Reschedule your transportation,
- Provide an alternative solution when available, or
- Offer an appropriate refund if the service cannot be provided.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Travel Tips
To help you enjoy a safe and comfortable journey in Cambodia, we recommend:
- Confirm your booking details before your travel date.
- Be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Carry your passport or identification when required.
- Wear lightweight, comfortable clothing suitable for Cambodia’s tropical climate.
- Dress modestly when visiting temples (covering shoulders and knees is recommended).
- Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, drinking water, and insect repellent.
- Carry a small amount of local currency for personal expenses.
- Keep your valuables with you throughout your journey.
- Follow your driver’s guidance and local safety regulations.
Driver & Tour guide Gratuities (Tips)
Tipping is completely optional and is never expected.
If you are satisfied with your driver and tour guides’ professionalism, safe driving, punctuality, and friendly service, a gratuity is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.
